Get Me Leads grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the extension for market research, lead prospecting, and business outreach purposes:

• ✓ You are solely responsible for ensuring your cold outreach activities comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA, and telemarketing laws.
• ✓ You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, alter, or re-distribute the extension binary without authorization.

2. Service Availability & Performance

Get Me Leads operates directly on Google Maps web pages. Because Google Maps continuously updates its user interface and DOM structures, we periodically release software updates to maintain extraction accuracy. The extension is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

3. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

All brand logos, design assets, and source code associated with Get Me Leads are the property of getmeleads.xyz. Google Maps, Google Chrome, and Google Business Profile are registered trademarks of Google LLC. Get Me Leads is an independent productivity software product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Get Me Leads or its creators be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the software.
